Director of Account Management
The Director’s position spans two areas of account management within Boost – Standard Account Management across the APAC region and corporate Major Account Management (MAC’s) on specific named accounts (regional or global in nature).
The Director’s primary responsibilities are to generate Renewal and Upgrade business from our existing active clients + MAC’s. The secondary responsibility is to develop new business/opportunities from within said clients and actively drive the use of Boost products and services. We anticipate the development of a new “inside sales” team at some point in the future which will ultimately fall under your management.
You will be the key focal point for your assigned MAC’s, supported by the teams out in the region. All management and interaction with said MAC’s will be under your control/guidance supported by the senior executive team.
It is expected that you become a “trusted advisor” by our clients.
