Senior Account Manager

Position Overview:

Senior Account Managers lead the organization by example in client-relationship skills and proactively manage, develop, and grow Boost’s existing business within assigned customers in their territory through Renewal (repeat) business and cross/upselling according to regularly updated client account plans.  They are the success drivers of Boost Account Management systems and structures.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets and it is expected that they become a trusted advisor to clients.  To do this, you will need to build direct relationships with the client including the main stakeholder as well as other leaders, influencers and decision-makers across the client eco-system.  You will become an expert in the account’s business so that you can consult the client on appropriate solutions to meet customer’s needs.  You need to be knowledgeable of Boost’s competitor landscape and be able to create solutions for clients to drive use of Boost technology.  You take initiative to share best practices across the organization’s Account Management team and are a thought-leader on various campaigns to improve client relationships.
