Allan is a highly skilled senior executive with a proven track record in building business and impacting sales performance. Allan has in-depth experience in start-up, turnaround and high growth companies that develop leading-edge applications for diverse industry channels. Allan is a bold executive and negotiator who achieves results and is known for fusing entrepreneurial drive & vision with sound business decisions.
VP Strategic Sales & Alliances
Peter is a hospitality veteran with over 30 years’ experience in the industry providing technology solutions around the world. Peter is the Vice President Strategic Sales and Alliances at Boost. Peters’ knowledge is deep and broad across several senior level positions ranging from SaaS software models’, analytics, upselling and revenue generation to broadband, WiFi and streaming video solutions. Peter has a sound technology, sales and business development knowledge base provided by his time at IBM. Peter is a true pioneer of many products that today service the hospitality industry.
VP of Content Development
Peter oversees the design and creation of Boost’s courses. He brings over 10 years of experience in the mobile learning world to managing Boost’s dynamic content development team. His focus is on marrying the needs of in the Hospitality industry with the talents of Boost’s instructional designers, SMEs, writers, and digital artists — and turning the fruits of that marriage into effective learning solutions. Peter has an established record of leading his team in leveraging technology into valuable learning tools.
Director of Marketing
Laney is responsible for developing and executing the company’s brand and marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive business growth. She brings 15+ years of global experience in the travel industry, with specific expertise in brand identity development, content and go-to-market strategies. An avid photographer, when she is not at the office, you will likely find her roaming around Asia, snapping photos and soaking up local cultures.
Director Sales Operations
With experience working in the fast-paced start up environment of Silicon Valley, Symren leveraged learning opportunities to grow her skillset rapidly. Successful in implementing process improvements increasing efficiency in business operations, she was asked to relocate to APAC to manage Operations and Finance in the region. She is a highly motivated individual with a hunger for all things innovative. Added to her list of successes to date is the accolade of a Salesforce aficionado – shown in her ability to transform internal operations within Boost.
Director Account Management
Marisa oversees our global client account management strategy. She has over 20 years of progressive business development and brand service strategy spanning both corporate and start-up environments in consumer luxury and hospitality. She has deep knowledge of hotel operations, having held various Director positions with major international hotel groups and having consulted luxury hotels and airlines on the design and delivery of award-winning guest service architecture. She speaks four languages and combines artistic flair with scientific rigour to build client experiences and relationships that result in long-term retention and growth.
Managing Director – China
Harry has over 25 years’ experience in hospitality technology, specialising in hospitality system solutions, telecommunications and internet solutions. Harry has held hotel IT, corporate IT, operations and account management positions on both the hotel and vendor sides, and his mix of both technical and managerial skills have helped him build effective teams and achieve successful business outcomes. Harry’s proven track record in maintaining Hospitality solutions serves as a foundation to his commercial tenure with Boost, where he leads the company’s China team.
Managing Director – Japan
Natsuki has over two decades’ experience working in Sales and Marketing in the Japanese hospitality industry, focusing on technology. Natsuki has worked for hospitality technology start-ups to larger technology players and has significant experience in business planning, market development, B2B/B2C customer relationship management, digital marketing, and revenue/reputation management, and lectures on issues surrounding hospitality.
Managing Director – Indonesia
Monang is the Managing Director for Boost in Indonesia, where he drives growth for the company and manages the Boost team. Straight forward and goal orientated, Monang has extensive knowledge and experience of Indonesia’s hotel sector, working over 18 years in the industry in corporate leadership, marketing, business development, revenue and service roles. Monang is dynamic and entrepreneurial with strong sales and operational skills that allows him to understand the unique learning needs of the hotel employee.
Chalakorn Korprapakit (Jing)
Commercial Director – Thailand
Jing has over a decade’s experience in sales and business development, working for companies in the tech space ranging from start-ups to multinational firms. Well-versed in the business culture in Thailand, Jing’s experience ranges from Sales Process, Sales Pipeline Management, CRM, Data Analyst, to Project Management. Ambitious and goal orientated, Jing believes in the power of technology to change the way we live and work and has been a strong proponent of the power of mobile to drive superior learning outcomes.
