Allan has in-depth experience in start-up, turnaround and high growth companies that develop leading-edge applications for diverse industry channels. Allan is a bold executive and negotiator who achieves results and is known for fusing entrepreneurial drive & vision with sound business decisions.
Lance Frey is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, having sold two start-ups in Singapore, and failed in numerous others. Currently the CFO for Boost, a fast growing EduTech company catering to the hospitality industry, Lance has also built profitable on-line marketplaces in food delivery, flash sales, medical tourism and telecommunications. A former teacher at the CIA Temasek, Lance enjoys mentoring start-ups and thinking about disruptive digital businesses
VP Strategic Sales & Alliances
Peter is a hospitality veteran with over 30 years’ experience in the industry providing technology solutions around the world. Peter is the Vice President Strategic Sales and Alliances at Boost. Peters’ knowledge is deep and broad across several senior level positions ranging from SaaS software models’, analytics, upselling and revenue generation to broadband, WiFi and streaming video solutions. Peter has a sound technology, sales and business development knowledge base provided by his time at IBM. Peter is a true pioneer of many products that today service the hospitality industry.
Marisa directs Boost’s operations focusing on strategic planning and organizational infrastructure. She oversees Boost’s Account Management and Customer Success teams globally, strengthening them to continuously enhance Boost’s client and user experience. With over 20 years of business development and consulting in brand service strategy for luxury hotels and airlines, she has also held various Director positions with major international hotel groups. Marisa speaks four languages and is passionate about human connection and identifying individuals’ strengths to build world-class client experiences.
VP of Content Development
Peter oversees the design and creation of Boost’s courses. He brings over 10 years of experience in the mobile learning world to managing Boost’s dynamic content development team. His focus is on marrying the needs of in the Hospitality industry with the talents of Boost’s instructional designers, SMEs, writers, and digital artists — and turning the fruits of that marriage into effective learning solutions. Peter has an established record of leading his team in leveraging technology into valuable learning tools.
Director of Marketing
Laney is responsible for developing and executing the company’s brand and marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive business growth. She brings 15+ years of global experience in the travel industry, with specific expertise in brand identity development, content and go-to-market strategies. An avid photographer, when she is not at the office, you will likely find her roaming around Asia, snapping photos and soaking up local cultures.
Managing Director – SE Asia
Kevin has over 30 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality industries across all major global markets. His home has been Bangkok for the past 10 years. Most recently he was the CEO of T&T Hospitality, based in Hanoi, Vietnam – the hotel management and development division of T&T Group. Kevin was formerly Managing Director of Dream Hotel Group Asia, Managing Director of Plateno Hotels Group – South East Asia and Australasia, President of Centara International Management, President of Grand Circle Cruise Lines & Travel and President/CFO of Mirage Resorts and Hotels.
Managing Director – Japan
Natsuki has over two decades’ experience working in Sales and Marketing in the Japanese hospitality industry, focusing on technology. Natsuki has worked for hospitality technology start-ups to larger technology players and has significant experience in business planning, market development, B2B/B2C customer relationship management, digital marketing, and revenue/reputation management, and lectures on issues surrounding hospitality.
Sales Director - China
Roye has held numerous roles in operations, commercial and market management for a wide range of industry sectors including a Travel Management Company, Payment Systems and OTAs. Given her strong knowledge of the travel industry, her focus is on driving business development and growth in the China market. Roye is a great personality to engage with and takes a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Sales Director – SE Asia
Fluent in 5 Asian languages, Dalvin is a B2B Technology Sales leader with 15 years of experience in Asia & Greater China within the travel eco-system. His passion for people has driven him to lead sales teams in overachieving targets consistently. Dalvin’s focus at Boost is to align the strategy on major account business across the 5 offices, work with the sales teams and improve the quality of client activity.
Director of Customer Success Management
Mayumi has broad experience in language training and has helped hundreds of students advance in their skills from elementary to advanced levels. She is always keenly focused on the learner’s satisfaction level and success and works very closely with Boost’s clients to ensure they are provided with the best and most effective solutions to help them achieve their goals. Language learning is her lifelong passion.

Sheryn has extensive hospitality industry experience in both business development, sales and account management having worked for many multinational firms. Well versed in the industry, she is responsible in taking care of Boost’s Account Management portfolio where she focus on client retention and continuously enhancing customer journey through effective client engagement. Sheryn is a strong advocate in people connections and believes that’s key to successful partnership in the industry.
